Michi Dojo is an associate of Aikido Schools of Ueshiba (ASU), an international federation of over seventy dojos. Aikido Schools of Ueshiba is led by Mitsugi Saotome Shihan, a direct student of Aikido's founder, Morihei Ueshiba O Sensei, and is affiliated with the World Aikido Headquarters in Tokyo, Japan. Michi Dojo-Aikido, Inc. is a non-profit corporation registered with the Puerto Rico Department of State.

Michi Dojo depends on donations to cover its costs. We suggest a minimum donation of $45 a month.***
***ASU has annual dues of $45 for mudansha (white or brown belt) and $75 for yudansha (black belt). ASU also charges a fee of $45 to process the certificate of rank after each mudansha level promotion. Aikikai Hombu Dojo has a similar fee for yudansha level ranks. |
